Logistics Assistant - Short-Term Rental

Tromsø Fremleie AS is looking for a reliable and practical Logistics Assistant to manage linen distribution and warehouse logistics across our short-term rental properties, with additional responsibility for snow clearing when needed. Hva vi ser etter Qualifications Valid Category B driving licence -- required Comfortable driving regularly as part of the working day Able to perform practical and physical work Able to communicate in English or Norwegian Previous experience from logistics, warehouse work, property services or similar work is an advantage, but not required Personal qualities We are looking for someone who: Is reliable and responsible Works independently and efficiently Is organised and keeps good overview Is flexible and comfortable with changing daily tasks Is practical and solution-oriented Takes responsibility for completing assigned tasks Is comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions Arbeidsoppgaver The main responsibility of the role is to manage the daily logistics related to bed linen across our properties. The position also includes snow clearing when required at properties without separate snow removal agreements. A large part of the working day will involve driving our company vehicle between our warehouse, laundry provider and rental properties. Responsibilities Linen and warehouse logistics Receive clean bed linen from the laundry provider Sort and organise linen at the warehouse Prepare linen for distribution to our properties Deliver clean linen to rental properties Collect used linen from properties Sort and prepare used linen for return Deliver or return used linen to the laundry provider or agreed collection point Maintain good order and overview at the warehouse Use and take care of the company vehicle during daily logistics operations Snow clearing Carry out snow clearing when required at properties without separate snow removal agreements Keep entrances, stairs and access areas accessible and safe for guests Vi tilbyr We offer A practical and independent role in a growing short-term rental company Company vehicle available for work-related driving Varied working days across our property portfolio in Tromsø Training and clear routines for the role A flexible and informal working environment 📍 Location: Tromsø and surrounding area 📅 Start date: By agreement Send a short application to post@tromsofremleie.no or contact us at +47 456 97 800 if you have any questions.
