NordRen AS department Asker We are looking for: • Motivated individuals who are solution-oriented, have experience driving a truck and enjoy being physically active while working. You must enjoy working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions. • Hold a valid Class C driving licence and a valid Driver CPC/CAP (Code 95). Be ready to operate our truck with precision and responsibility. • Is in good physical shape and can work efficiently. We value a structured approach to work and the ability to handle tasks in an organized manner. • We believe in service with a smile! We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who value customer service and are ready to represent NordRen AS in a professional way. • Can take initiative, work independently, and are proactive in handling various tasks. • Good language skills in English. You must be able to participate in an online interview in English. • Digital skills – Comfortable using maps on a tablet in the trucks. Work tasks: • Collection and transport of household waste on established routes. With maps on pad in the trucks. • Responsibility for the truck, including weekly washing and weekly/daily maintenance according to routines. • Monitoring of waste sorting and discrepancy recording. • Communicating with and guiding customers when necessary. • Other tasks typically associated with the waste collection profession. (Considering the location and working hours, having your own car is an advantage.) • NordRen covers Norwegian language courses (A2) after 3 months of employment.
