Experience in hospitality, restaurant service or housekeeping is an advantage, but training will be provided. Good spoken English; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is an advantage. A positive attitude and a commitment to making guests feel welcome. Good attention to detail, especially when cleaning and preparing the igloos. The ability to work independently, take initiative and support colleagues. A practical approach and willingness to handle varied tasks. The ability to stay organised and provide good service during busy periods. Willingness to work shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Arbeidsoppgaver Hotel Team Member -- Skibotn Sky Lodge As a Hotel Team Member at Skibotn Sky Lodge, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable stay for our guests. This is a varied, hands-on role combining restaurant service, housekeeping and general resort duties. Your main responsibilities will include: Setting up and serving breakfast and dinner. Welcoming guests, answering questions and providing friendly, attentive service. Clearing tables, washing dishes and keeping the restaurant clean and ready for service. Cleaning and preparing the igloos, including changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms and replenishing guest supplies. Keeping common areas and staff work areas clean and tidy. Assisting with laundry and other practical tasks throughout the resort. Following hygiene and safety routines and reporting maintenance needs. Supporting colleagues and helping wherever needed in the daily operation. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and enjoys working as part of a small team. You take pride in your work, notice the details and understand that a warm welcome and a clean, comfortable igloo can make all the difference to our guests.
