Participate in the preparation and development of authentic Georgian dishes and menu items. Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation during service. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation, ordering, stock control, and inventory management. Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team during busy service periods. Support the Head Chef in maintaining high operational and culinary standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a very fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices. Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Experience with Georgian cuisine is an advantage, but not required as long as the applicant is willing to learn fast. Good communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
